Ashlie Baker, Office Manager: Ashlie joined our team in June 2010 as Office Manager. She provides crucial support to our team and ensures our patients are well taken care of at every step of treatment, from the first phone call to the final follow-up.  As our financial specialist, Ashlie also coordinates payment arrangements and helps our patients through the financing process.  Ashlie’s positive outlook, intuitiveness and compassion make her an irreplaceable part of our team.

Ashlie and her husband Jamie live in West Jordan and are proud parents of four boys.  Ashlie is also the owner of a successful home business, Bizzy Babee Nursing Wraps.
_ Sharon Price, Patient Coordinator: Sharon joined our team in 2011 and quickly proved herself indispensable.  She is our insurance specialist and scheduling coordinator, and is likely the friendly voice you hear on the other end of the phone when you call.

Sharon and her husband Greg live in Lehi and have three children.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and floral arranging.
Jess Jessica Ciao, Lead Dental Assistant: We have been fortunate to have Jessica on our team since 2008.  As our lead assistant, Jessica serves as Dr. Ulm’s right hand during patient treatment.  In addition to making sure our patients have everything they need to be comfortable during procedures, she also oversees all activity in the back office and is instrumental in keeping us on schedule and running smoothly.  Jessica is also a certified phlebotomist.

Jessica lives in Orem with her husband Nick.  She has lived in Utah all her life and in addition to dental assisting, she enjoys dancing. She is number six in a family of seven and has 7 nieces and 3 nephews.
_ Kristen Morgan, Dental Assistant: If there were a positive attitude contest, Kristen would win hands-down!  Her cheerful disposition and smiling face make everything we do more enjoyable.  Kristen’s passion for dentistry shines through as she works chairside with Dr. Ulm as a dental assistant and also helps in the front office.  She is instrumental in planning our fun Kid’s Cleaning Days, and sends your friendly checkup reminders.  She is also a certified phlebotomist.

Kristen lives in Provo with her husband, Bryce.
Lindsey Wahrer, Dental Hygienist: Our hygienist Lindsey is passionate about our unique biological approach to periodontal disease and overall oral health.  She specializes in thorough but gentle dental cleanings, and is a wonderful source of knowledge and education for our patients. We are so fortunate to have her on our team!

Lindsey lives in Orem with her husband Scott and enjoys reading in her spare time.
Sean & Dana1 Dana Robison, General Manager: As our General Manager, Dana oversees all operations in the office. She loves biological dentistry and attends as many continuing education classes with Dr. Ulm as her schedule allows, in addition to ensuring our team has everything they need in order to effectively and efficiently provide excellent service to our patients. She also has the distinct pleasure of having been married to Dr. Ulm for the past seven years.

Dana grew up in Fillmore, Utah, and in addition to being at home with 5-year-old Ella and 2-year-old Betty, she enjoys cooking, gardening, sewing, and yoga.
